Returns/Refunds

We do our best to ensure all of our customers have a pleasant shopping experience with us. However, we understand sometime you may want to return your order.

Damaged order

Please contact us immediately if your order is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can endeavour to rectify the issue as efficiently as possible.

If there are any issues with your order please send us an email at hello@happysweet.co.uk with your order number and a photo of the order you have received. 

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Due to the nature of the products we sell we are unable to accept unwanted returns. If we have made an error with your order let us know and we will get this resolved as quickly as possible. 

Cancelations 

If you wish to cancel your order, please send us an email at hello@happysweet.co.uk with your order number and we will advise if the order has been prepared and whether it can be cancelled or not.
