Do you love Sweets?

Are your sweets suitable for people with allergies or intolerances?

Please see your 'Allergen Advice' page for information about allergens and dietary requirements. All sweets are listed in alphabetical order and as they are named in the shop section. Whilst we take every care to avoid cross contamination, we cannot control our suppliers. Please ensure you are fully aware of the ingredients and allergy information prior to ordering but if you require any specific information please contact us at hello@happysweet.co.uk and we'll do our very best to help!

 

 

How long will the sweets last?

We advise you consume your sweets within 4 weeks of opening, however we are fairly certain that they won't last 4 days!

 

What payment methods can I use?

You can pay using any major credit/debit card, including Visa, Mastercard and American Express as well as PayPal.

 

What are your delivery times?

We aim to despatch all orders same day, and in our busiest periods next day. The delivery time itself depends on the service you chose at the checkout.

 

What is your exchange, returns and refund policy?

Items can be returned within 14 days of the original shipment date. The items must be in the same as new, sealed condition to be eligible for a full refund or store credit providing the products are in the same, unopened condition they were received. Refunds will be processed back to the original form of payment used for purchase. The customer is responsible for shipping charges when making returns and shipping/handling fees of original purchase is non-refundable.

We are unable to cancel orders once they are prepared and dispatched - If you do wish to cancel your order please email us at hello@happysweet.co.uk we will advise if it is possible to do so.
